On this blog I would like to share how I’m feeling occasionally and give updates on my physical and mental health. CBD oil is amazing. It’s helped me tremendously, but it’s not a silver bullet. I still have days when I am in pain and there are foods that I might have to avoid for the rest of my life. It’s an amazing treatment option but it takes time and dedication to bring about true healing. There are days when it gets me down when I’m hurting. I wonder why I keep trying to reclaim my health. But I remember how it feels to be healthy and that keeps me motivated to not give up.
This isn’t the most organized post because I’m writing while in pain so I apologize in advance.
So, today I’m not feeling the greatest. I’m dealing with some acid and some abdominal discomfort. It’s not nearly as bad as it would be without CBD, but it’s enough to bother me and get me down. Getting your health back is a tough path. There will be days when you feel like a new person and then suddenly all of your ailments are back again. The recovery process takes work. You have to have a positive mindset about this. There are times when I have felt like I would never get better, even though my health has improved drastically since I began using CBD oil. But like I said, it’s not a silver bullet. If I drink some milk or I eat something with garlic in it, I’m just asking for digestive pain. Sometimes I have to be careful with physical activity. I love working out (I’ll probably talk about that in a future post) but sometimes the abdominal pressure from working out gives me pain through the upper stomach area.
I would like to share a few benefits that I’ve noticed from taking CBD oil. Sleep. I get better and more restful sleep. I take some a little while before bed and I can just pass out right after getting into bed. Energy. When I wake up the next day I almost always feel revitalized and energetic. I feel like it increases my cognitive abilities as well. Paying attention to things and remembering them is easier. Physical recovery time is also increased. I get less sore from workouts and get stronger faster. These are all benefits that I have noticed for myself. I am not saying everyone’s body will respond the same way, but it does help the body recover in many ways.
With my abdominal issues it is a daily fight. Sometimes I have no issues for several days, and then for a few days I have to rest and be very careful because of the abdominal pain, throat pain, and acid. I definitely would not be able to enjoy life at all without CBD oil. Before I found it I was in pain every day. I was barely eating or exercising at all. While I still struggle with this pain occasionally CBD oil has given me the chance to start living life more normally and comfortably. So, if you’re dealing with some pan that gets you down, just don’t give up. There are ways to improve your quality of life.
Great post… Keep us posted on your progress using CBD oil. Its nice to find something alternative that is much safer than some medicine.
Thank you! I’ll be posting updates about my health often and other information about CBD oil.
This is Amazing Ive had very similar problems with Gerd and health issues ,Ive only just started on cbd but already fee different,,,,reading your posts have encouraged me to carry on, instead of taking all the prescribed Medicines that don’t even help .
My original reason to start this site was to encourage people to try something different and not to give up. I hope that the CBD oil has helped you. I’d be interested in seeing if your condition has improved.
I have silent reflux, so I suffer from acid too. Not heartburn, but more like throat burn. I was recently prescribed CBD oil, as well as dried flower which is high in CBD. Your post has given me hope, I have tried everything else! I really hope I notice a difference.
Wow, I’m sorry for the late reply, but I would love to know if your condition has improved.
Your posts are great! Keep them coming please.
